Do the printed QR codes actually scan?

Every code is generated with the highest error-correction level and test-scanned across 4 phone models before we push a design to print. Codes on fabric, ceramic, and paper have a 99.6% first-scan success rate in our production tests.

What's the difference between a static and a dynamic QR?

Accepted Answer

A static code encodes the destination URL directly — change the URL, the code changes. A dynamic code encodes a short link we own, so you can redirect it anytime from your dashboard without reprinting anything. Dynamic is included on Pro and Business.

How long does an order take to arrive?

Most orders print within 2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days for US and EU. International orders take 8–14 days. You'll get scan-trackable updates the whole way.

Yes. We fulfill from facilities in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Australia and route each order to the closest one automatically.

What's your return policy?

Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If there's a print defect, a wrong size we shipped, or a code that doesn't scan, we replace it free within 30 days — no photo of the ruined item required.

Can I update where a QR points after I've printed it?

Yes, if it's a dynamic QR (Pro and Business). You can update destinations, schedule redirects, and A/B test them from your dashboard in real time.

Do you offer team accounts?

Business plan includes 5 seats with roles (owner, designer, viewer). Additional seats are $8/mo each.
